Mr. Parret has a broad litigation practice in the areas of business, real estate and probate.
He approaches litigation from the businessman’s vantage with the goal of providing practical solutions to business problems.
Areas of emphasis include partnership disputes involving real estate and other commercial matters, land and personal property title
disputes, matters involving easements and rights of way, remedies for breach of real estate contracts, unlawful detainer and lease
disputes, eminent domain, landslide and subsidence claims, creditors’ rights and representation in bankruptcy matters, brokers’
commission disputes, probate litigation, administrative hearing practice, and all forms of appellate work.
Mr. Parret’s clients include local and national residential and commercial developers, title companies, trust companies, institutional
landlords, owners of regional and neighborhood shopping centers, business owners, lenders, corporations with real estate holdings,
and individuals. He has long-standing relationships with his clients and has been representing many for over twenty years.
